As part of the ninth edition of the Uruguay LGBT+ Summit Pride Connection Montevideo 2024, Carlos Picos Consultora has received the LGBT+ Inclusive Company certification.
Our company is one of the first to receive this certification, having been members of the LGBT+ Chamber since 2016.
The objective is to contribute to increasing employability and positioning, improving the work environment, promoting the improvement of the quality of service and particularly customer service, while including members of the community in the company
We have complied with the standards and indicators defined by the project to be an inclusive company, free of discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation.
To obtain certification our team had to complete a series of stages:
- Training of our entire team, provided by the LGBT+ Chamber, through an online and in-person course, created and conducted in collaboration with the National Institute of Employment and Professional Training (INEFOP) and the Technological Laboratory of Uruguay (LATU).
- An in-person audit carried out by the LGBT+ Chamber in conjunction with the LATU.
- A roadmap was also established to continue integrating inclusion and non-discrimination into our training and internal processes.
The LGBT+ Inclusive Company Certification marks an important achievement for our Consultant.
